Carlos Irwin Estévez, known as Charlie Sheen, was born on September 3, 1965, in New York City. The son of acclaimed actor Martin Sheen and brother of Emilio Estevez, Charlie was immersed in Hollywood from birth. He dropped out of high school and broke into films in the mid-1980s.
