Val Kilmer

Val Edward Kilmer was born on December 31, 1959, in Los Angeles, California. A prodigiously talented young actor, he became the youngest student ever accepted to Juilliard's drama division. His film career began in the early 1980s, and he rose to fame with Top Gun (1986), where his portrayal of Iceman alongside Tom Cruise made him one of Hollywood's hottest stars. He delivered critically acclaimed performances as Jim Morrison in The Doors (1991) and as Doc Holliday in Tombstone (1993) — a role many consider one of the greatest supporting performances in Western film history.
